Apply the Relief Stick to your skin by rubbing it on, much like a lip balm. Reapply as frequently as needed. Like many lip balms and similar products, you may want to avoid leaving this out in a hot car in the heat of summer as temporary melting may occur.
Keep in mind that it does take a few days to reach full efficacy. Many people experience immediate relief for issues that are near the surface of the skin, but particularly with deeper injuries and issues it takes up to 5 days of use to reach the full benefit.
